Teens Strength and Conditioning Program

Our Teens Programs mission is to give our youth the ultimate foundation in all things training, athletic development, and fitness. We want to teach our youth the ins and outs of these pursuits so that they may not only have success in spurts, but also acquire the skills to live a long, healthy life. Physical development is something we believe will serve our youth long into their adulthood.

What our teens will learn, and become developed in are:

  • Various methods of strength and resistance training with a strong emphasis on movement quality
  • Various forms of cardiovascular development
  • Plyometrics
  • Speed/ agility training
  • Movement/ sensorimotor work 
Teens who compete in various sports will all benefit from this class due to the general foundation on training they will receive by participating regularly.
