  • There is always room for improvement

I used to try to hide and avoid the battles and discomfort that came with life. As I grew up I soon came to realize that the trials and tribulations are what make up life. To not fight the battles of everyday life is to not live at all, instead embrace the fight and be grateful for every day you wake up no matter the circumstance.

What inspired you to choose a career in the fitness industry
I was always doing something fitness related growing up, whether it was martial arts, team sports or the gym and it was something that I was very comfortable with. I also thought of becoming a teacher as a career choice because of my love of teaching others about anything and everything. And personal training was the sum of these two. I also hope to have the same positive impact on others that all my coaches and mentors have had on me throughout my life so far 🙂
