  • Training/Exercise is the easiest part of health and fitness
  • Recovery + Nutrition is the most important part of health and fitness
  • There is always room for improvement

I used to try to hide and avoid the battles and discomfort that came with life. As I grew up I soon came to realize that the trials and tribulations are what make up life. To not fight the battles of everyday life is to not live at all, instead embrace the fight and be grateful for every day you wake up no matter the circumstance.

What are your current personal training goals
Right now my main goal is to maintain my strength and keep building on it. I’m also starting to incorporate some handstand and flexibility work — just to push myself in new ways and keep training fun. I like keeping a few personal goals under wraps, so stay tuned to see what I’m working on next!

What inspired you to choose a career in the fitness industry
I’ve always believed that health is the foundation for living fully. Watching my own family face serious health challenges made me realize I wanted to help people take control of their well-being so they can live better, feel their best, and enjoy a higher quality of life. Coaching allows me not only to improve my own health but also to share the tools and habits that can truly change someone else’s life.
