Training Philosophy

My coaching philosophy is to focus on key fundamentals that drive long-term progress. My training and nutrition interventions for clients are very straightforward, free of unnecessary noise. I put huge emphasis on being ultra-specific when it comes to setting goals, and you need to set KPIs to track progress with objective metrics.
