Youth Fitness And Performance

Youth Fitness and Performance is a group program that strives to help our youth:
- Learn the foundational principles of fitness, sports performance training, and health
- Acquire high level skills within a fitness setting that will allow each individual to utilize long-term to positively effect their fitness, health, and performance
- Upon adequate skill acquisition – move towards maximal physical expression in a progressive manner
All classes are instructed by one of our high level coaches. We ensure the most high level and up to date training available to each individual in this class.
This class is designed for ages 8 to 12.
