This 16 Week Offsite program runs from September 5th - December 26th.

Program Payment
The 16 Week Program contract payment will begin on
September 5th, 2026 Ending on December 5th, 2026
. Four equal payments on the 12th each month of
$205.00
$175.00 + GST.

Cancellation Fee

I consent that if I need to cancel before the start date of September 5th, a cancellation fee of $75 will be applied.
Terms
This 16 Week Program is non-refundable, cannot be terminated or suspended and is non-transferable during the 16 Week duration. If a medical emergency is to happen and you can no longer attend the 16 Week Group, we will require a doctors note and we will look into putting you into regular programming instead.
